2. Shipping Options and Times

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 Days): Our standard delivery option typically takes 3–5 business days. It's free for all orders. We want you to enjoy the magic of aromatherapy without any extra hassle.

  • Next Working Day Delivery (Order by 1 pm): Need your aroma fix sooner? Place your order by 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, and we'll aim to deliver the very next working day. This option costs £7.95.

  • Saturday & Sunday Delivery (Order by 1 pm Friday): If you desire weekend relaxation, we offer Saturday and Sunday delivery for orders placed by 1 pm on Friday. The cost for this service is £12.95.

3. Order Tracking

We provide order tracking information for your convenience. You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Stay informed about your delivery's progress every step of the way.

Returns Information

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

1. Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure their safe arrival.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide an exchange, as per your preference.
